Infused Gin: Trolden Distilleries' INFUSED GIN is our series of clear distilled gins that we subsequently infuse with carefully selected flavor enhancers. This process gives the gin both color and flavor that would not otherwise be transferred during distillation. Foggy Rhubarb: When the first tender rhubarb of spring emerges from the ground, some of it becomes our fresh Rhubarb Gin. We make this gin only once a year with fresh Danish rhubarb. These infuse in Trolden's Copperpot Gin, giving it a fresh taste and color. The flavor is irresistible, fresh, fruity, and the color is unmistakable.
