Forest Dry Gin Winter - Limited Valentine's Edition

Gin description

Forest Dry Gin is a Belgian gin distilled nearby Antwerp (Ranst). The aim of our project was to create a pure gin that combines juniper with locally produced ingredients and to perform the whole process of distillation on the domain itself. A predominant taste of juniper will be typical for all the Forest dry gins but every season will have his own gin flavoured with the seasonal botanicals. The Winter Gin is an Old School gin, with lots of juniper berry notes and pronounced citrus overtones. For this limited edition - only 600 bottles were produced - the normal Forest Dry Gin Winter was macerated with rose petals, resulitng in a pink Forest gin.
