Babba didn't want to implement his idea of an Äppler gin with just any Ebbelwoi manufacturer. Every Hessian knows the Possman family winery, which has known its trade for over 135 years and makes the best of an apple that is possible. Babba knew that Äppler Gin had to be created with Possman. The result: Frankfurt's Äppler Gin is a perfect interplay of the typical juniper notes and an Äppler, fine ginger spice and a citrus freshness that becomes apparent in the finish.
