In our Gin And Tonic Style, 19 botanicals blend to give a citrus-and-floral-forward refreshing gin. Moderate juniper character, smooth, and slightly sweet, with pronounced citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine. Scratch Distillery only uses organic, Non-GMO products. The wheat and other grains come from Fairhaven Organic in Skagit Valley, the potatoes come from Warden, WA, and the botanicals come from near (as close as the balcony) and far.
