The original gin from the Cotswolds was inspired by the flavours of the fields, gardens and hedgerows around the brewery. Botanicals that really encapsulate and evoke the spirit of the Cotswolds. G Is For Gin is distilled from barley, not cheaper molasses or potatoes. After a lot of trials and much Gin drinking, we settled upon juniper, coriander, oris root, lime, lemon peel, hops, hawthorn berries and verbena as the key elements of The Spirit of The Cotswolds.
