Gin description

In the pursuit of our own curiosity we took our mulberry wood barrel, fresh from aging our single variety Harry Masters Jersey apple Eau de Vie, and placed a very special consignment of our Garden Tiger Gin within it. A very small limited edition for lovers of fine spirits it has transformed our gin, already hugely complex. Apple Eau de Vie brings a sweet interplay of pithy orchard fruits. Mulberry wood offers yet more sweetness, spice and floral notes, not to mention the beautiful colour of toffee. Full notes of smoke, sweetness, orchard fruit and floral spice combine harmoniously with blood orange, flowers, spice, berries and pine.
