This Gin carolo, inspired by Gimmius, a Gallo-Roman farmer established in the 2nd century in Jumet, is distilled from a selection of aromatic plants including cardamom, elderflower, orange peel and lemon. Subtle notes of citrus bringing a roundness and a delicate freshness.
