Gin Avem - Bautarus

Gin description

This French gin is made from plants grown in aquaponics in Gironde (Mérignac). Named in homage to the aquatic bird, Bittern, in Latin Botaurus, it uses the original Hippolais recipe, with the addition of distillates of nasturtium, parsley and rosebuds.
