Gin description

The botanicals selected for distillation are all found in the valleys of Ciociaria, particularly where the Ausoni Mountains meet the Lepini Mountains. The varied landscape, varying elevations and sea currents facilitate the spontaneous growth of an important number of floral species including those that form the basis of this recipe.
