Gin description

Atypical gin spiced with apple cider and distilled in a continuous column. This gin perfectly expresses and balances the flavors of Normandy and Saxony. During the maceration, berries, apples, coriander, black pepper, lemon rind, ginger, mint, thyme and iris root were added to it, giving it a unique and specific taste.
