Gin In A Tin No. 7 - Fennel, Lemon & Thyme

Gin description

As the summer months are on the horizon, we have been inspired to create a light refreshing herbal based gin. This blend has distinctive notes of fennel, lemon and thyme as well as many other botanicals centred around juniper berries to create an interesting blend with a twist, whilst still maintaining the ability to be drunk as a long, early summer cooler. Fennel runs throughout the gin, whilst the juniper provides a strong persistent backdrop with refreshing citrus and thyme undertones.
