Stage one of your Voodoo Chill Gin journey begins with green, fresh lime, gooseberry and chilli. With a light infusion of Caribbean Scotch Bonnets to give it the initial kick, this gin is a juniper forward spirit supported mainly by coriander, Angelica root, Madagascan vanilla, warming ginger and fresh lime zest. Green Voodoo Chilli gin is low on the Scoville heat scale, as the Scotch Bonnets are softened by the sharp softened gooseberries. Each bottle has 3 long medium heat chillies inside, these can be eaten directly or used in any recipe. Attached to the neck is a mojo sack containing 3 hot chilli seeds, with instructions on how to germinate, grow and thrive your very own chilli plants!
