Gin Lô De Menorca

Gin description

Produced by Biniarbolla, Menorca's oldest liquor company, founded by Mr. Lorenzo Quintana, the only master artisan liquor store in the Balearic Islands. Its formula contains botanical elements such as juniper berries, herbs and citrus, among other classic elements used in this type of gin. It is made with an alcohol base of wine and is distilled in traditional stills, as fuel, olive wood, Mediterranean tree par excellence that was introduced by the Arabs in the Balearic Islands, which gives it a characteristic fruity aroma. The final product is a soft, delicate and very fresh distillate, in which juniper and citrus fruits stand out above the other botanical elements.
