London dry Gin made from organic juniper berries and a distillation of eleven other plants and spices (black elderberry, coriander, angelica, iris, fennel, cardamom, orange peel, pomegranate, Goji berries, liquorice, walnuts nutmeg). The plants are placed to infuse for 24 hours in fine neutral alcohol before being distilled in our Stupfler still in a single pass. The distillate is subsequently rectified to a TAV of 42% Vol. in 4 stages with Vercors spring water. Each distillation batch allows the manufacture of 300 bottles of Gin Meunier, making it one of the most exclusive Gins in the world.
