Floral, grapefruit notes They say hops are only used for beer! At La Fabrique, we've turned this idea on its head with Nolbuoh, marrying the aromas of distilled hops to a gin. Here, Cascade hops add grapefruit notes. The hops come from the Houblonnière La Houf at Ferme des Clos, a few kilometers from the distillery. Johann's hops are organic and respectful of the environment.
