Gin description

The result of a slow infusion of peated barley, cherry-smoked juniper berries and Lapsang Souchong tea, our Peated Gin is specially distilled in our copper stills. In a process unique to our distillery, this gin is matured for over a year in 500-liter earthenware amphorae, before being bottled, giving it a special roundness that magnifies its flavors.
