Gin description
In the spring of 2017, the idea of Johannes Diem in Krumbach took shape, creating his own gin made from regional ingredients. The right cooperation partner was found with the distillery Zott from Ustersbach. Ginseblümchen is made from mainly regional ingredients, especially organic daisies. The optimal composition of the Botanicals succeeded then together with lavender and cinnamon.
