Glendalough Beech Leaf Gin

Gin description

In early Summer we pick the soft and downy leaves from the beech trees around the distillery. The fresh, apple flavoured leaves are added to our signature Wild Gin and left to infuse. The result is a surprising, honey coloured gin with a nutty flavour.
