Burned from the spices of our Gyld with a concise juniper note and a hint of orange peel, cardamom, angelica root, vanilla and bitter orange. For weeks our Botanicals are gently macerated and united shortly before the distillation with juniper. After a few weeks of rest then a strong and spicy gin with 45 vol.%. The Gold Berner, fired from Gyld.
