Gospel Spirits Nordic Dry Gin - Collaboration Limited Edition

Gin description

This gin was distilled in collaboration with Sturlaugur Jón Björnsson from brewery Borg Brugghús from Iceland. Our first double collaboration because Jopen has brewed a Nordic Rye Smoky Farmhouse Ale the day before with Borg Brugghús. Gospel Spirits and "Stulli" have distilled a Nordic Gin on the second day with the addition of Arctic thyme and Icelandic heather, known herbs from the Scandinavian landscape.
