Infused Gin: Trolden Distillery's INFUSED GIN is our series of clear distilled gins that we subsequently allow to infuse with carefully selected flavorings. This process endows the gin with both color and taste, which would not be transferred during distillation. Groovy Currant: Blackcurrant is the taste of the Danish summer! And we make this blackcurrant gin only once a year with fresh, newly picked blackcurrants from Christiansfeld. These local berries infuse in Trolden's Copperpot Gin over several months. The flavor is irresistible, fresh, rich, and fruity, and not to mention the color.
