How would a Roman order his gin and tonic at the hotel bar? Together with the Hotel Heinz from Höhr-Grenzhausen, located in the immediate vicinity of the Limes, we explored this question in the development of GUSTUS. Based on the traditional herbs and spices of Roman cuisine, GUSTUS stands out as an intense, juniper-toned gin, especially with botanicals such as pepper, fresh dill, cardamom, spearmint, cubeb pepper, grapefruit and pink pepper berries.
