Gybergh 42 Gin

Gin description

Based in Geraardsbergen, in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes, Alfred & Hilde start a new distillery. The aim is to use local and "forgotten" products to stir up again. The first drink is the "Gybergh 42". This is a reference to the "Old Mountain" and the "Wall of Geraardsbergen" as well as the N42 road between Wetteren and Geraardsbergen. The Gybergh 42 has its own recipe based on Juniper, Coriander, Hyssop & Elderberry.
