Made in small batches from locally grown barley, wheat and oats, only the best modern micro distilling techniques are utilized, making production an elegant combination of tradition and technology. Flavoured using a special selection of 13 botanicals including juniper berries, coriander seed, cardamom pod, sweet orange peel & liquorice root, this spirit has been skillfully crafted to deliver optimum balance along with a broad spectrum of complex flavours and aromas. On the nose aromatic spices are set against notes of juniper and dried citrus peel, whilst the palate is dry and zesty with a lively fruity character and attractive roundness.
