Gin description

Two times distilled in traditional Scottish copper pot stills, resting botanicals in spirit for twenty four hours prior to second distillation. Made with nine fresh and dried botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, sarsaparilla root, grains of paradise, fresh lemon peel, fresh orange peel, and the thin rind of washington grown cannonball watermelons. This gin is a London dry style with a beautiful citrus nose, earthy middle, and extremely smooth finish.
