Highbank Pink Flamingo Gin

Gin description

This is a playful Gin with strong overtones of Apple and Juniper, as you would expect. There are also, however, subtle undertones of blackcurrant, cinnamon, coriander, lavender and citrus. Flamingo Gin has been described as “caressing the palette". It is as much at home with a good quality tonic as it is in any of the great gin based cocktails. Pink Flamingo Gin is also excellent served as a postprandial drink after a good dinner, on its own over ice with a very thin slice of organic apple. The apple is also a good garnish when served with tonic.
