Gin description

A delightful organic sloe dry gin made in the UK, which is perfect in its natural state, or added to champagne for an irresistible cocktail. With notes of plums, cherries, prunes, strawberry jam and mellow juniper, the gin has a balanced palette between the rich and delightfully dry. The sloes have been sustainably and traditionally gathered from centuries old woodlands. From harvest through to the following spring the sloes are steeped until the alcoholic strength reaches 26%.
