Gin description
Hirschberg Gin comes from a small family distillery on the edge of the Westerwald. In the eponymous village with views of the Schaumburg and the Taunus the idea of manufacturing a gin factory quality in small numbers originated. Here is Simon Gunnemann and Max White especially the authenticity and regionality in the manual production of Hirschberg Gin at heart. So all the bottles are carefully filled by hand, corked, labeled, provided with a fire temple and finally sealed.
