Gin description

A unique take on the classic London Dry gin, our Elizabeth gin is hand distilled using a traditional copper pot still. All of our botanicals are sourced from local producers to ensure quality, expertly distilled in small batches to create an unforgettable experience. We use a delicate balance of botanicals to produce our organic gin. British wheat grain spirit for our base, as we believe this produces a smooth, rich flavour that is not as harsh on the palette and allows for the delicate essential oils and flavours to excite the senses. Using our smooth London Dry blend as the base, fresh citrus notes and warmth from the rosemary are complemented by a natural elderflower distillate, producing light flowery and honey like tones, whilst ensuring a crisp, palate-cleansing finish.
