Gin description

Our flagship, classic London Dry gin. Mary Rose gin, is hand-crafted using carefully selected organic botanicals, sourced from local suppliers to create an unforgettable drinking experience. We distil our gin using an organic, 100% British wheat grain spirit for our base, rather than the commonly used potato based spirit, as we believe this produces a smooth, rich flavour that is not as harsh on the palette and allows for more of the delicate essential oils and flavours to excite the senses. We use a delicate balance of botanicals to create our smooth London Dry blend, for our Mary Rose gin we use Pink Grapefruit peels to develop fresh citrus notes that excites the palette, as well as Rosemary for a soft, subtle finish that warms the senses thanks to its high essential oil content.
