The origin of our gins lies on a juniper mountain in Kallenhardt in the Sauerland! A perfect basis for a regional product from the Sauerland. The key question among gin lovers "... with cucumber or with lemon?" This gin answers very clearly. Our gin is characterized by distinct but fine citrus notes and is therefore particularly popular with advocates of the lemon slice in Gin Tonic. Of course, it is burned in a pure juniper blister to meet the requirements of a premium gin. Odor: juniper as a light base note (not so dominant) followed by pronounced citrus notes, especially lemon and lime. Taste: Again, the juniper is shown as a basic note, but does not form the dominant note. Citrus aromas dominate, as well as the mark Gin contains notes of white wine, especially Riesling. The whiff of white wine is hardly noticeable in the smell - in the taste, however, already. The gin of the mark is mild in its overall perception.
