Gin description

Holborn London Dry Gin is a classically styled gin inspired by the gins of the 1700s. The team trialled their way through dozens and dozens of ancient recipes to find this, their rendition of the perfect gin. Citrus leaps up out of the glass, bringing with it a fresh dose of pine. While spice is present throughout, it never burns, rather the vanilla adds a sweetness that combines with lime to gives Holborn Gin something of a key lime pie feel.
