The premier Gin for those to whom quality, variety and vitality are essential. A refreshingly different gin and a great introduction to the gin spirit category. Produced at one of the world's leading micro distillers, Hoxton Gin is made using only the finest alcohol derived from french summer wheat. Quality is key so we've only used a medley of natural and ethically sourced ingredients including coconut, grapefruit, juniper, iris, tarragon and ginger. These are macerated for 5 days before a single distillation in 150 year old copper pot stills to obtain the perfect concentration to then be blended with the grain spirit. After which, we reduce the ABV to 43%. Hoxton Gin is then filtered and rested in steel tanks for two months. A long process which is only befitting of such a unique Gin.
