Ish Limed adds a limed twist to the "twisted" original Ish Gin: a refreshing hint of lime. Ish Limed is 5 times distilled in a traditional pot still in the heart of London. The highest quality English grain spirit is used along with nine botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, lime powder, ginger, bay leaves and orris are macerated for 24 hours before the distillation begins encouraging the expression of each botanical. The smooth clean taste is the result of the superior quality botanicals used in the distillation. Elegant and refreshing "limed" nose, followed through on the palate.
