Named after Bathurst's first distiller, Japhet White (1783-1866), this robust, juniper-forward Dry Gin weighs in at a generous 46 % alcohol and features 2 Australian natives - Saltbush and Lemon Myrtle. The resultant flavour is complex, with juniper to the fore, complimented by earthy spice, floral and citrus notes. This Gin is equally happy in a Gin & Tonic or a Dry Martini.
