Jefe Gin - (Formerly Beards & Gin)

Gin description

Jefe Gin is named after chief Justin Verburgt who works in the kitchen for more than 10 years. Justin started with the name 'Beards & Gin' in 2015, but in 2017 he renamed it 'Jefe gin'. Since 2015, I am developing a gin that is just as different from the others. I want to make a gin with only beautiful botanicals from the area. One of these botanicals is the hogweed (the poisonous plant) the seeds of this plant give a particularly fresh spicy taste. In combination with wild pine tips, rucola flowers, coriander seeds, rosemary and more beautiful flavors, it will give you a gin that goes very well as a gin tonic but also very nice to drink pure with ice!
