Jenever Montane is a Cape Town Gin distilled with fynbos that thrives at high altitudes. The Table Mountain and Cape indigenous fynbos is used to create the distinctive floral / rose-geranium flavour notes. Jenever is from the Dutch word for juniper and gin and speaks to the origins of the Cape and gin, while Montane is the name for fynbos that thrives at high altitudes and displays these great natural botanicals. Botanicals include juniper, angelica root, coriander, lemon peel, rose geranium, cape may, grains of paradise, grapefruit and honeybush.
