Specialists in the distillation of plants while being recognized for their know-how as liquorists, the teams of the artisanal distillery Jos Nusbaumer continue to apply their expertise. Through this new product, we are not improvising to respond to fashion effects or fleeting trends, but we are perpetuating our know-how as a distiller and liquor maker. Concerned about preserving the quality and reputation of our products, we maintain very high production criteria (supply of fresh and natural fruits, high degree of alcohol vs low amount of sugar, etc.). Through a targeted choice of local and regional fruits, we finally want to stay close to our terroir to maintain our legitimacy. It is therefore natural to combine our know-how in plant distillation and our expertise in liqueurs by creating a new Cherry Gin JOS'BERRI (cherry gin liqueur).
