Jynerva Gorsedh Cornish Dry Gin

Gin description

Gorsedh - the name of the Cornish organisation responsible for the spiritual well being of the county - is a hand crafted gin made from organic botanicals many of which are grown at Atlantic Brewery’s distillery or wild harvested across Cornwall from coast to moor. Gorsedh has been distilled using gorse flowers from an organic farm on Bodmin Moor. This gives a golden floral note on the nose with a hint of coconut and lime on the tongue, with a gentle yet sustained finish.
