Gin description

Kendal Gin is a true hand made gin. Produced in very small batches in our micro pot still "Emily" we hand pick the finest botanicals and watch the gin develop from the moment we hang the botanicals to the point at which the gin is ready for bottling. We use the vapour extraction method for a fresher gin, we hang the botanicals in a bag just about the heated spirit. The spirit fumes take on the flavours of the botanicals as they pass. ​There is juniper, sitting crisply atop a subtle nose with cinnamon and lavender down in the mix. Once you sip it Kendal Gin shows off it's floral side in spectacular colour.
