Gin description

An original recipe inspired by our travels through Asia. This organic gin, with its citrus flavours and delicately spicy notes, is made by infusing carefully selected fruits and herbs. Juniper berry, kumquat, orange blossom, bitter orange peel, raisin and Timut berry are the main ingredients of our unique recipe... After slow maceration, Koom Gin is distilled in a Charentais alembic to extract all its aromas and organoleptic characteristics.
