FOR THE ANNIVERSARY OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN JAPAN AND FINLAND, WE HAVE DECIDED TO EXCHANGE OUR KNOWLEDGE IN THE MATTER OF GIN BLENDING WITH THE KYOTO DISTILLERY. We sent the finest, carefully selected herbs from Finland to Japan, and in return received a happy surprise from the Kyoto distillery. In collaboration with the Kyoto distillery, we have developed a gin to celebrate 100 years of diplomacy between Japan and Finland. The result is a gin inspired by the harmony of Japanese and Finnish nature, for which the two distilleries have selected the best of their local botanicals and then combined the flavors. KYRÖ x KI NO BI is distilled and bottled by Kyrö Distillery. It is the first collaboration gin made for the Kyrö x Friends series from the Kyrö distillery. TASTE PROFILE In the nose, you will find: lemon yuzu, blackcurrant leaves, seaweed, raspberry soup. Floral and a note of pine. In the mouth, you will find: sour citrus fruits, oil, pepper.
