Gin description

The exercise on this product: this is a 100% Quebec gin from grain to bottle. The manufacture's alcohol base is interesting to work with with its caramelized tips and pairs wonderfully with the fruitiness of blueberries. Juniper is not from Communis (commonly used in making gins) but from Chinensis, specific to our regions. Chinensis gives a profile more “earthy” than “sapinous” to the final product. The rose petals are only there to bring a “texture” and a smoothness at the end of the mouth but hardly feels Once again, this is a product that is best enjoyed by taking its time, it develops well in the glass and in the mouth.
