Gin description

Old Tom Gin is a classic gin made popular in the 1800s. It is naturally sweeter than the more common London Dry style but retains the botanical qualities found in all gins. This blend is named after Richard Winch who was a distiller in Rochester throughout the early 1800s. The Winch family went on to be wine merchants and brewers - in fact our distillery is housed in part of the Medway Brewery which later became Style & Winch brewery! An aromatic gin, rich in citrus with a unique flavour profile. Soft, rounded spice notes with a sweet lasting finish.
