In this very exciting collaboration, we have worked with Michelin-starred mana, using their discarded oysters to make a totally unique spirit. Mother of Pearl is an exquisite, sophisticated gin, in which we use pine, lemon and oysters. Each sip of our oyster gin will transport you to the wild Northern coasts with an aroma of fresh sea air and the distilled essence of fresh oysters, rich woody pine, and bright lemon.
