Simply the best! Aged in a small 50 liter chestnut barrel from France - made exclusively for us - the sixty percent Milkmaid's Gin stayed in "Barrel 1" for exactly 80 days until we found it perfect. Due to the very light toasting, we had to wait about twice as long at Barrel 1 as planned, but we achieved exactly what we wanted: By toasting the chestnut barrel, the original Milkmaid's gin got a slight sweetness and additional wonderful vanilla and exotic aromas . It is round and perfect in the mouth with a perfect finish. Despite the high alcohol content of 57.8% vol. Due to the long storage time it is round, sweet and soft on the tongue. We are really happy and totally excited.
