Gin description

Inspired by tales of early Muskoka settlers, we created Muskoka Legendary Oddity Gin. A traditional Dry Gin distilled with wild juniper berries, orris root, orange peel and fresh heather tips. In a nod to our brewing roots, the infusion of Sorachi Ace hops delivers a fresh citrus aroma and distinctive Muskoka taste. On the nose, light floral notes complement the traditional pine and juniper. Look for fresh citrus undertones, brought forward by the hops used in our Legendary Oddity brew. Sorachi Ace hops provide a subtle bitterness to balance out the unique gin flavour. A delicate juniper profile delivers a smooth finish with a lingering alcohol warmth.
