The home-made potato distillate gives it a round, deep and creamy character that perfectly matches the mild sweetness created by the botanicals used. Distilled Mother Nature is subdued elegance. Under the simple surface lies many layers that slowly emerge, taking you deeper and deeper into a Danish forest. The gin is eminent as a sipping gin and also comes into its own in simple cocktails such as a Dry Martini or in tonics with a soft bitterness. Botanicals include juniper, sea buckthorn, rowanberry, woodruff, spruce, angelica, liquorice root and coriander.
