Gin description

Distilled in France, Number Zero Gin is produced according to a long-standing tradition dating back to 1705. The recipe has been recovered from the eighteenth century when Cinchona, cultivated by the Incas along the Inca trail at an altitude of more than 1500 metres, was used. The maceration with our original secret botanical recipe includes coriander, lavender, orris and angelica, with an infusion of Cinchona. After the maceration, it is then triple distilled. The strength is reduced using water purified by reverse osmosis to reach bottle strength and this is then filtered to achieve perfection.
