Gin description
Norlyk Apple Gin is made from first- and second-year junipers, juniper twigs and 150 kg of apples. Subsequently, this gin is barrel aged on Danish oak to give it a golden color and a bit of bitterness. Norlyk Distillery is a micro-distillery located in Tønder. The distillery was founded by Jesper Norlyk and Claus Norlyk in 2020.
